The SEAMA’s membership comprises both members and observers. Each member and observer can appoint up to three delegates who have the privilege to contribute to discussions and debates. However, only delegates representing full members possess the right to vote and run for elections.
Observers are allowed to designate one delegate who can observe the proceedings and engage in discussions in the lounge area but cannot participate in Quorum sessions. Observership needs to be renewed every two months by notifying the chair; otherwise, it will expire.
